Horseriding – At The Europe Hotel & Resort and Hotel Dunloe Castle, take a trek
on one of our own Haflinger Ponies around the extensive grounds of the hotels.
This 20 minute trek offers an insight into these gentle Austrian ponies, which are
ideal for children or novice riders. You can also visit the stables and maybe be
lucky enough to visit at a time when our breeding mares have new foals by their sides.

Fishing – River Fishing at Hotel Dunloe Castle or Lake Fishing at The Europe
Hotel & Resort and Ard na Sidhe Country House. This facility is complimentary at
Hotel Dunloe Castle and Ard na Sidhe, with a nominal charge at The Europe
Hotel & Resort for the services of our resident Ghillie who will take you out onto
Lough Leane by boat. Fish for Brown Trout or Salmon at all three hotels and have
your catch cooked by our Head Chefs, to enjoy at dinner.

Indoor Tennis – Hotel Dunloe Castle and The Europe Hotel both offer 2 indoor tennis
courts and these are available for use with our compliments. Guests of Ard na Sidhe
Country House are also welcome to use the facilities at both of its sister hotels.

Children’s Adventure Playground – Set amongst the 65 acres of private parkland at
Hotel Dunloe Castle, our brand new Children’s Adventure Playground is a real hit
with children of all ages. With a wide range of equipment, children from 2 years
to 16 years will find something they enjoy.
